Carolyn Keber

Carolyn Keber grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, one of the hotbeds of lacrosse and was a 4-year varsity midfielder at The Holton-Arms School. In her senior year, she was recognized as a High School All-American, Washington Post's All-Met Team, and selected to play in the John's Hopkins North/South game. Following high-school, she went on to play Division I at Dartmouth College as an attack player, which included a run to the NCAA quarterfinals.
Carolyn’s coaching career has spanned over twenty-five years.  Her passion was recognized in 2008 with her induction into The Holton-Arms School Athletic Hall of Fame for excellence in and contribution to girls’ sports.

Her highlights include starting the first ever girl’s team in Sarasota, FL in 2005 - the Sarasota Surge. She fought to get lacrosse into the schools and was the first coach at the Out-of-Door Academy in 2008. Carolyn also coached for 5 years in the United Kingdom from 2014-2019.  During this time, she was the head coach for the Welsh National Development Team and head coach at The University of Leicester.  Since back in Florida, she has been teaching and coaching back at The Out-of-Door Academy
